formula for mm of port measument to port duration?

With different cranks I know there is no perfect answer here,but even a typical answer would help.
For every mm you lower the transfer port height with sleeve placement ,how many degrees does it change the transfer port duration on a long rod 5 mil stroker?

I have a old cylin that has 130 transfer port duration measured with a degree wheel,on this crank,rod,spacer plate setup.I have another that has transfers port 3.5 mill lower,but it has BB sleeves that require the cases to be cut to fit so I could measure with a degree wheel.dont want to do this just yet.What will the approx transfer port duration be on the this cylin?

You can draw it out on graph paper and then degree it. Not perfect but get you in the ball park.
