FOAM where to buy?

new to a lot of this stuff, but where do i get a 2 part foam to fill in the foothold area? I also buy most of my epoxy stuff from WestMarine...do they have what i need?

Here is the 2 part foam from West Marine. I do not know if it is a closed cell foam. You want to make sure what ever product you get it will not absorbe water.
