hull got -3 today possibly -2 more. rockered nose and glassing are gonna make a nice hurricane sandy project!

???

couple questions.........how are you ever gonna get to the rear exhaust , the shaft cover..they get loose , get to your trim cables , your steering cable , and there is no way a 1100 will fit in there like that.
the exhaust needs the u loop so water wont come back up the pipe........please fill phil in........or are you gonna get everything done and tight ,then seal the deck up?

I'm going to get an exhaust tube welded similar to a sj so the hose will be accessible from the inside. Everything is getting lock tite and I'm running PVC tubes to make it easy to run steering/trim cable. I'm not running an 1100 it's gonna be a surf ski so either ported 760 or jetmaniac 771

I know it's a PITA but if you have duct tape wrapped over the sides of the hull to hold the cardboard then you wrap fiberglass around the sides onto the duct tape you are creating a weak spot where it will not bond permanently.
