Freestyle first timer foothold install

got a questione for all you experienced foothold installers out there ive got my holds all fitted up now and ready to get after the glass work is this EpoxyResinCosts4FootholdInstall.pdf (9.3 KB, 509 views) copied from the from the foothold thread in faq exactly what i should get from us composites only reason im asking is the guy who posted this list said he was a first timer too im not worried about working with this stuff i just dont wanna come up short on material or wind up with way too much either.thanks in advance bill

^^^ does not help at all... :dunno:

Looks like he has plenty of material on that list. The only things I would change is the epoxy thickener. I used micro balloons from uscomposites.com. the only reason why I recommend those is because I used them and they worked great (dont be afraid to really thicken it up. It wont hurt anything) Haven't used what that guy said to buy but they would probably work well too. Oh and just buy a nice big sheet of glass (weight you want) and cut your own strips to go around the edge of the holds. 2 yards would be plenty if you dont plan on reinforcing the tray. Id go with 3 yards if you plan on reinforcing. This will leave you a little extra to just have on hand.
