Freestyle first salt water ride.

took the ski on its maiden salt water ride, well brackish water but think mostly salt, It went real good, was amazed at the responce i got over my skii, dont know if it was me or what but rideing in salt water feels different like it floats better or something, idk.

It is true. Your ski and your body are more buoyant in salt water. However, the ski does not care what it pushes thru the pump.....fresh, salt, caramel.

You had fun because ...you had fun.

Sounds like a good thing to me.

hell yeah i love it, im 33 and still like its new to me, had my ski since 96. pretty sweet the responce i get on my ski, ppl on boats going check out that standup

Don't forget! The freshwater washdown becomes a bit more intense after riding salt.
Lightly spray down the entire engine....careful around the carb area.
Blow the hose up the pump and the entire cavity around it.
Don't forget to hit your pole spring/bolt area as well.
