OK, for all you going to Fall LSFR this October 14,15 and 16; here's the scoop on the condo. Keep in mind that this condo is important to the ride. Unlike Port A, there are few hotels or facilities available nearby unless you have a camper. The condo is the central place for us to hang out at night, eat breakfast and escape the weather. There is only one bar nearby and one or two restaurants. It is best for most of us to group up in one large condo as we have in the past at Surfside. This will be base camp for the free ride.
In order to get a fair price on the condo, I will need to get deposits from all interested in advance. Once 10 deposits are in, I will secure us a condo. The condo will sleep at least 15 people. Each couple will get a double Bed together while buddies will share a king and individuals will get a twin, bunk or couch.
Deposits will be $150 per person. This will be the maximum price paid. Once we get more than 10 guests the price will drop. Refunds for overages will be worked out and returned at the free ride. I will get us a nice condo on the beach that will accommodate ample parking and ski storage.
Price will include up to 3 nights stay as this is the minimum for these condos. I haven't worked out whether to get the condo for Thurs through Sunday with a 11:30am checkout Sunday or just to have the condo Friday through Monday so we can all leave later Sunday. (Need your thoughts on this please)

If I do not receive enough deposits to get our condo in time, I will refund your money in full before or at the ride(Your choice). Once the deposit has been made on thew room, refunds will be subject to the condo's rental policy.
