Super Jet Factory mod pipe tuning...help

I'm runing a facory mod pipe with an ADA head with 35 domes {185 pounds}. My jetting 135 high and 75 low with 95 gram springs on stock 38 carbs. First Run the high screw was 1.5 out and low was 1.25 out. Pipe screws were bbottom open 1/4, middle closed, top out 1/8. Seemed Rich on top and bottom. Went then to high screws at 1 turn and low and one turn. Seemed to run better and snap harder off the bottom end. Pipe camber was still not sizzling after I opened the hood and splashed water on it so I closed bbottom screw and middle screw and opened top 3/8 on the pipe . Seemed to run a little better adding more snap on low end. . Pipe chamber still sseemed not that hot after riding .. What I'm looking for is a lot of bottom ends snap. I'm from pa about 1000 foot above sea level. I think I'm close in my tuning but I'm wondering if anyone else has any input to get the most low end I can put of my set up..

in order to get the pipe hot enough, you have to run wide open for bit then quickly shut the ski off and pop the hood to check.. it doesnt take long to cool back off enough to where it doesnt sizzle.. and only the first few inches of the chamber where the coupler is should sizzle
