Factory B pipe Dilemma

On the weekend I picked up a Squarenose SJ with hopes of getting some parts off it to throw in my 95 SJ. The one I just bought has a 62T motor in it, but what I just found out this morning is that it has a 650 B-Pipe bolted up to it and not a 701 pipe. To say the least I was a little pissed off.

It's obvious that the 650 pipe will bolt up to a 701 62T, but am I going to have issues adapting this to my stock 61X? I guess I'll definitely be looking for a limited 701 chamber if that will bolt up to the 650 headpipe. Will this work, or am I screwed?

Grind out the manifold and head pipe a little to fit the 701 ports, and get an appropriate chamber.
No big deal.

I understand the exhaust ports are a little wider on a 701. Is the main exhaust port (big round hole where it mounts to the manifold) larger on a 701 headpipe too? If it is larger, I'm just wondering how much I should grind it out.

If all this is going to take is a little grinding and a chamber I'd be a little happier. Just have to find a chamber then.
