Super Jet exhaust tube options help

been working on my build, bout ready to start putting all cooling tubes and trim tube in, i have my stock exhaust tube that runs under tray through bulk head, I have messed up the flange. option 1 use stock tube and just put it in flush, ive even thought about running it out the side of ski in the rear, option 2 use pvc pipe, unsure bout this cuz im not real sure how hot the exhaust is at that point, with the water in it. option 3 use fiberglass tube or carbon fiber tube not sure if i can find it in that size, any help would b greatly appreciated, im also concerned with the polystyrene foam melting if it is touching exhaust tube.

Don't use PVC for an exhaust tube. It has already been done by a board member in the past and ended up in a major failure.

I make my own carbon exhaust tube for my hulls. It works great and never has any issues. I'm sure you could probably find some for sale on line. Just google it!

The SXR TBM exhaust flange will fit 2" aluminum pipe with a little bit of space for some 5200. If you still wanted it to fit diagonal, you'd have to have it bent, or cut and welded, however, I would have it cut and welded so it has a couple 45 or 90* corners near the bulkhead instead so it gives you plenty of room for the footholds.
