Ok guys, so my old motor blew up and i bought a new one for like $100, got it running in a week or so and she was great. I had a supertrapp waterbox on it and i had plenty of water in the 440 rubber "muffler" piece and plenty of water in the motor. Well the supertrapp exhaust broke so i converted the rear exhaust back to the side exhaust. Now i have the stock water box in and She runs SOOOO HOT.
Ok and to add, i had a pisser on it, she was pissing great! i told my dad that shes probably running hot because the pisser was re-routing the water. So we took the pisser off because we both knew it was running water and now my engine is burning hot. Like it burnt up 2 rubber pieces and that rubber muffler piece. I don't know if i have a plug somewhere now or if the stock waterbox isnt holding water or something?
Sorry this is the only picture i really have of it. So at the top of the head, it ran to a T which then ran to the pisser and exhaust head thing(I Can not blow air through this tube under my own breath)
And towards the bottom of the picture, i think you can't see it, but it runs a half circle from the top of the exhaust down to the bottom of the exhaust.(I can't blow back up into the motor from this tube either)
So that's my dilemma, now last question. Is the anyway i could put the exhaust from my old motor,(picture shown) onto my new motor if i took the exhaust manifold off?
