Super Jet Engine install help needed

Hi Guys,
I just got back from overseas and my brother tried to surprise me by working on my ski, and that he did. he didn't label anything and i have never installed an engine before and need help with the following.

1) i have a stock engine and don't know where the water lines connect to. can someone please explain where and if you have pics even better

2) when we got the ski the wires from the electrical box had been cut and rejoined now how to i workout which green wire connects to which?

green is green, it doesnt matter, they both connect to the same place. waterline from the pump goes into the exhaust manifold. there should only be one bare nipple on it that needs a hose.

Hey TheBuzzard,
im a little worried about the green wires, i dont want to screw the electrics. are you positive it doesn't matter which one it connect to on the engine? it is a 2011 SJ

green is green. like thebuzzard said. they bolth go to the same place. open your ebox and check it out
