ok after some input this one has me a little stumped

so I have a jss custom elecs which visually is mint so my prob Is ill go out ride for around 20- 30 mins or there abouts and then Im getting a weak break down almost like a mis fire which if I keep ridin eventually turns into fouled up plugs sometimes it will have moments of the 100 % power then al sudden breaking down mis fire again sometimes I can park ski on beach for little while and it will be ok but sometimes not anyways everything meters out in spec all stator coils ignition coil etc now I have replaced with another complete stator tested still same , then tried another ignition coil still same !! my next thoughts are msd enhancer but havnt heard much on these getting intermittent break down but that's where im at
any input /advice ??

I would have said it was a weak stator but you already changed that so I'd try another CDI at this point and/or a new voltage regulator.

Yea just change it all unless u think ur getting some water in motor like a small leaking gasket

yeah engine is still new basically brand new oem cases etc comp etc is all good new o rings etc imo its electrical for it to come and go and ride killer for 20 mins or so

I had some breaking up in my old engine. Caused by water ingestion. I don't know if I'd point the blame electrically yet. Although I haven't heard the best about msd enhancers. Got a stock cdi to slap in it for a test ride?

ok another thought anyone have a custom jss enclosure ?these don't have any type of metal for the earths to bolt to , they all link into a bunch and go to stator ? so maybe a weak grounding issue ?

I had the same issue. My CDI went bad and eventually caused enough backfiring to break my waterbox.
