Super Jet Electrical mystery

Hey guy's, looking for some advice/guidance. I went against everything my friends told me and I tried to install a b-pipe and ada heads on Saturday before we rode on Sunday. Got it all done in about 8 hours, went to hook up the battery and like a knuckle head I hooked the cables up backwards. It blew the fuse in the e-box. Swapped the fuse out and pushed the start button and nothing happened. No noise or anything. Checked the fuse and it was blown again. Had a spare start/stop switch so we tried that thinking the switch was bad, same deal, nothing but a blown fuse. Did some research and everything pointed to the CDI box being fried. Luckily I had an MSD on order. Just installed it and same thing, blown fuses. I'm thinking stator next? What is your opinions (besides I'm an idiot)? Thanks!

Quick update, my friend told me to check all the grounds so I took the ebox back apart but no luck. I did find out that it's blowing fuses as soon as I install them, not when I push start. Any ideas? Thanks.
