EBAY buyers BEWARE! Seller Moto-Parts is horrible!

Is the most horrible company to deal with on Ebay. After reading their auction I clicked the "Buy It Now" button with the understand as the auction stated that:
BUY IT NOW PRICE $89.95 INCLUDES:
FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA.

When I went to go pay for the item the shipping was not deducted from the final price. So before completeing the transaction I contact the company via phone to follow up on this issue. I stated to them over the phone that the item was needed for a trip that I would be going on in three weeks and I wanted to confirm that I would receive it in time. I was re-billed threw Paypal by the company (moto-parts), they dropped the shipping cost but added some bogus $5.00 shipping insurance charge that I was not allowed to waive and they stated they wouldn't ship unless I agree'd to this insurance charge. Then after agreeing to the charge I recieved and email four days later after I sent them payment stating the item would not ship till I contacted their customer service via phone. After calling them back once again I notified them for a second time of the size needed. I figured all was good and the item would be on its way to my door.



WRONG! After about of week of no shipping confirmation or a tracking number from the company I gave them a call. First I got some bull**** story that payment was not received, knowing that payment had cleared my bank account already and my PayPal account I called their bluff. I asked for a supervisor (which I never got) and found myself in an arguement with two female cust. serv. reps. Then I was told the item shipped and it was on it's way with no tracking number. Then I was lied to again and told the item would ship that day and I would get email confirmation. NEVER HAPPENED!



To my disgust with the entire issue I stated over the phone that if the item was not at my door at least two days before my trip that they would be sending me the same item I purchased overnight, on their tab, to the location I would be at on my trip. I also stated to them that I would contact Ebay + PayPal over this matter and if need be the Better Business Bureau + A Lawyer.


I guess that finally got their attention. The item was shipped, w/ no tracking number, and came to my door the day before I left for my trip.


I left neutral feedback for them stating I wasn't happy with the service I was provided and that I would do business with them no longer.
