300/440/550 e-box help ride in 3 hours

my old spark plug wire was cut so i bought a new one and a boot and installed it. now there is no spark. i checked all the connections they were good, the grounds were good. i dont know what to do. and yes it sparked before i did all this.

I have a 650 which has the wire perminatly instaled as part of the coil packs. Do you just have a standard spark plug wire that slides onto the coil on one end and onto the plug at the other?
Also how did you check connections, just visually or with a multimeter?

check visually and with a multi meter. and it slips into the coil and into the plug boot

Well that makes things more difficult. If you didnt mess with anything other than those spark plug wires I dont know what it would be. put the old plugs wires back on and see if you get spark again. Sorry I couldnt be more help.
