Super Jet Dual cooling restrictor question

So i have dual cooling set up on my ported 61X/62T. B pipe, ada head, lightened flywheel, msd ect.
Running a flow control valve as well.
I have read every thread on dual cooling and restrictors and still a little confused. Do i run a restrictor in both pissers, AND a restrictor after the FCV before the stinger?

Temp stickers on the head both ends to
Monitor temp on water while under way when needed. Can't always have the inferred gun on me. In 65 deg water with no restickters on a broke in Engine is about 105 deg.... i am
At 2.77mm restricters to get 125 deg ish temp on head. I also use 2.37 when needed and 2.0 mm when it's
48 deg water to get near 140 head temp.
The pisser water is colder than the engines metal temp, so read the head temp for your engine

Also during break in when the engine was new and tight it produced 140 head temp
With no restricters, after break in it was 105 deg in 65 deg water

Yes all the same size, but lately I've not been changing the one after the flow control valve and temp adjustments have responded fine
