Dual 38 carbs superjet

Hi, I've recently bought a short block ending which came complete with carbs. Unfortunately the low speed adjuster on both carbs has seized and snapped the little t off. Does anyone know how to get this out?

Can you post a photo?

I'd make up some penetrating oil (50/50 ATF + acetone) and hit it good.
