can anyone give me the correct water line routing for a dual cooling setup? also, where does the exhaust manifold need to be tapped? any help appreciated.

you can tap the manifold opposite of the first fitting.
...or drill & tap a 1/4" NPT where the first fitting is and run a 1/2" hose thats T'd from your dual lines from the pump.
