yup! I just did it last week with the same form! I filled out the form and put that it was a yami motor, WCF hull, and that I did all the work. Go in and be confident helps too! I told them that I had built it all myself, and when they asked if I had any recepts, I told them I didnt, but I did pay sales tax on all materials. And that was it. I have a FL title, they issued me a HIN # and I am set!

I brought no receipts to the DMV. All that I brought was that forum and that's it. They just asked me about it. Since it was a am hull, it was already made and I didn't put any cash into it (yet)

Definetley try and take it to them before you build it, most likely if you show up with a completely built ski and you get the wrong person they will want you to pay tax on all those parts if you dont have proof that you have already. Thats how it works with the cars anyways. You can go to 10 different dmv or tax collectors offices and get 10 different responses.

Under 16ft in FL requires no inspection, also not required to have vin numbers displayed on hull...

Scott I just did one last week in Flagler ... But I did have to write myself a invoice for materials I used from scraps around the shop.

Took me 10 minutes to fill out the paper work, and get my nice FL sticker and reg....

title to ski

Hey Scott I just got a homebuilt title for my new Matrix. Call me and I will tell you how it went. Was pretty simple for me.
