Difference between big pin and small pin Kawi rods?

I've got a 8mm stroker crank that used Kawasaki rods. I don't have pistons or an upper end bearing. The ID of the small end of the rod is 24mm. Is that a big pin or small pin?

My measurement came up 24.95 but that is a small pin rod.
