Can someone better explain to me how this works? Would it be possible to make this work with watercraft carbs?

These are intended for carbs with a float bowl. It would be like adding a second "bomb sight" to a SBN. Dial a jets are great for tuning snowmobiles when temps rise and drop. They allow you to run a smaller main jet, and make up for it with an adjustable spray nozzle that works off of the ventury vaccum effect
