Those dents are on all the B-Pipe Exhaust Chambers.
The one at the top of your picture is for clearance of the left front engine mount and front cover area. The other two dents are for clearance of the hull.
Once the pipe is mounted inside your Jet Ski, you won’t notice the dents.
