Its not hard....get a wire wheel for the end of a drill and go to town! A shopvac would be nice if you have one...

There are a couple of pics of when I defoamed my ski on my build page. It will show you where to cut. Wire brush attachment on an air grinder and a shop vac running will do the job quite well. Seal all tubes with 5200 (fast cure) and let it dry. Then reglass the panels back in and foam.

A wire cup brush and a couple of those nice long drill bit extensions on the end of a drill makes the job a complete joy. It will be the most fun you ever had. You will want to borrow a friends ski just to do it again.:rolleyes: Just kidding. But the wire brush and extensions do make it pretty easy.

if you hve big enough openings, i used a small spade, foam came out in big chunks had it all out in less than 10 minutes. no mess
