When resealing the hull inserts for pump, intakegrate, & rideplate, do you put bolts into them to keep the new sealant from gooping up the threads?

Where's the best place to get new water lines from pump to bulkhead? I have not destroyed mine yet, but I would be able to dig the rest of the foam out & seal around them better if they were removed.

mcmaster has thin wall stainless and aluminum for the water lines.

I'll probably glass over the bolt holds from the inside on my build, no dripping or shouldn't be.

the rideplate and intake inserts are closed so no water or sealant can get through the back, i rolled up peices of masking tape and thread those into the hole. seals good enough.
the pump inserts are open in the top so i put a thin peice of plastic on the top and liberally coated it with 5200 and feathered out the edges at least an inch. same method for the rest of the holes too.

i was able to get all the lines out easily, but you could just get some stainless steel tubing to replace it. belive its just 3/8" od, common stuff mcmaster should have a good selection of lengths and wall thicknesses. or just get oem yamaha..
