Cylinder sleeve thckness

Ok so I just pick up a pro-tec cylinder. I can' find much on them. I know they where built for race applications but have seen people have some luck with them in a flat Water set up.

So here' the thing I've talk to pro-tec and they say they would only bore to 84mm. Well when I pull this motor apart it has 85mm pistons. Also was looking and the exhaut side ports don't go anywhere. It' been resleeved. Wall thickness is only 2mm thick. If I bore over to 85.50mm I am gonna have 1.75mm thick walls on the sleeve. Is this to thin should I look into resleeveng this cylinder.

the wing ports have been blocked off when it was resleaved. those ports could be opened back up if you knew what you were doing. those cylinders normally have high port timing and for racing as opposed to freestyle. supposedly there were 2 different cylinders. one for a 5mm stroker crank and one for stock. if it had stock sleeves still, it would need porting to get some bottom end out of it. I've had a couple of those but got rid of them since they weren't really what I wanted at the time and I didn't want to pay big money to fix the incorrect porting. i'm pretty sure that thickness is enough to bore it again

Would opening the wing port bring more low end. From what I can tell intake port have been ported at the tops I was thinking of porting the intake more. So I should be ok going to 85.50mm there's some scratched that didn't come out when I honed the cylinder last night
