Surfriding Cylinder Issue, on plug is 30 degrees hotter, darker and has fuel on it??

Am I having carb. issues? I run dual 48 spectrums?
The engine is also dieseling after about three minutes of running the motor on land with hose hooked up. I just put a new gasket with sealant on the carb manifold. Also after I shut the motor down after dieseling you will here one maybe two ticks. Sometimes three but they stop after a couple minutes

also a lot of gray sludge like liquid is shooting out of the exhaust??

im assuming the sludge is fuel, oil mix and water. did a crompression check and one cylinder is low by about 50 psi. going to take the head off. anyone have any ideas??? im thinking the head gaskets not sitting right and water and fuel are mixing in the one cylinder then getting spit out the exhaust?
