I have a prop that I need to cut back to run in my 650. I know impros does it for 50 but I have all the machinery to do something like this. Where do I cut it down at?

On the back where it screws on you cut 4-6mm off so it set's back farther in the pump, but be sure and measure how much clearance you have before it rubs the pump hub.

You also need to machine the recess (non-threaded area) where the prop threads onto the shaft by an equal amount to what you take off the rear surface.

Stare at it, it will make sense.
