out with the chopped SN and in with the fresh new hull! the hood and top and bottom decks are a carbon/glass hybrid, maintains strength and light weight while also keeping costs down. bulk head and exhaust tube are carbon. so far the plumbing is done under the tray, just needs foam then the top can go on and the rest can be finished and prepped for paint.

Impressive you can pop that top deck with those body lines in the rear. Had to be a lot of work to release from the mold.

ski is foamed and the halves are being bonded, just need to mock up the motor, tank, waterbox, and drill holes for the pole bracket, then it's time for paint

new hull is finally home, mocking up the pole bracket and cutting the ride plate plus adding the last inserts for the tank and battery box then its off for paint and turf, planning on taking it with me to daytona in march for spring break.

Finally got it back to the garage from paint, pole is on but still waiting on some parts before I put it all together, turf coming soon too along with a new chin pad
