Crank seal grease.

Whats the preferred type of grease to pack my crank seals, I'm getting ready to assemble the 750.

1211? does it really matter what kind of grease? doesnt it burn off right away, ive never built down an engine and seen grease on the seals...

yeah the 3 bond sealant
he said he uses it cuz he has seen a few seals blowing out and did that just to help them stay in place

On the contact between the case and seal I use yamabond.

You can put sealant (like those mentioned above) around the crank seal, and just use any old grease on the crank shaft itself to slide the seals on.
