Cracked hull, input needed

Need some input on how to fix this crack. I started to sand on it to get it ready for a new paint job and noticed the previous owner thought some cheap filler would fix it... How should I go about fixing this crack? I have some everglass or I have some leftover biax from when I installed my footholds.

To not go back and fix over and over,l would suggest grinding every bit of the crack out all the way.And make a V out of the sides of it.Don't be afraid of taking too much. There are some very small cracks you can't see that will cause problems later. And then drill a small hole on either end of the crack to keep it from continuing.
Not knowing what ski you are working on,l would also suggest using epoxy.l would not use vinyl ester.

What does it look like from the inside of the hull? CAuse if you don't address the inside, you will waste your time and money.

good luck!

The inside of the hull was fine but since cutting it out I have found myself through it. I'm trying to cut out all the crack but the crack caused the layers of original glass to split apart. Trying to decide if I should keep cutting until it stops splitting or just glass it the best I can. Btw I already have the crack cut out and have cut the top layer off the split for 5 inches. image.jpg
