cracked exhaust manifold

so i have a cracked exhaust manifold on a GPR and i tried stop drillin it and using JB weld but that didn't work so should I take it to a welder and have him weld it OORRR should i jsut buy the new part which would be expensive....??:bs2: :bs2: i hate sit downs haha

ok well part 2 of this folly I can't get it welded cuz the guy says itll just fail again....sooo i took the part off and I have a concern since its cracked on inside and outside I believe water was leaking into the exhaust??? and now there is like an oily sludge build up inside the pipe right as it turns at the front of the of the engine compartment?? is this just from the water getin in or do i have another problem?
