Super Jet Correct carb tuning

I have a 1998 superjet 62t/61x. Has a riva ride plate and R&D ride plate. It has bad low end and ok top end. The owner before me had a pipe on it but took it off and put a stock exhaust back on. I'm thinking he left the tuning for the Bpipe. I need the correct turns for both High and Low on stock carbs.

Factory pipe recommends changing main jets from stock 130 to 135 with b pipe
. Pull the carbs, if you have 135's in there, change to 130's.
Also great time to rebuild carbs since they're off, and already apart.
