Cooling line routing

Searched forums and couldn't really find clear answers to my questions. I'm going to be running single cooling for the time being. I have a 2000 SJ. Has a b pipe that has a single line into the manifold and I don't want to take apart to tap manifold for dual cooling so single cooling for now. Single cooling, which I'm sure you're all aware of, has a single in at the exhaust manifold, from stock head to headpipe, From headpipe to t fitting, from t to bypass and FCV/stinger. I'm going to install a girdled head, 35 CC domes, with 2 outlets on it. My questions are, should I plug one of the the outlets with the plug supplied (ADA) and setup head how it is routed now with the stock head? If so, put the plug in the front or back outlet? Or should I take front outlet and hook up directly to a separate bypass? Just want to make sure pipe and motor are properly cooled and there is enough pressure to send water to waterbox through FCV so I won't have any hose and coupler melting issues. Thanks!
