Cooling Line Help

I just got my Riva Red Pipe in the mail the other day and went to put it together and test the cooling for leaks. I hooked up the hose going into the bottom of the manifold. One leg of the head goes to the pisser, the other nipple goes to the top of the head pipe. The bottom of the head pipe goes to the T, one leg to the pisser, one leg to the stinger. Where theres a T to the stinger for a pisser no water comes out?? right now i have it setup so the water from the head pipe flows inline with the stinger hose and the pisser coming off the bottom of the T(show in pic) even if i plug the pisser coming off the head still no water comes out of the pisser!! what can i do to equalize the pressure between the pissers?

it sounds like you have one line coming in from te pump and 2 lines leaving the head, unrestricted.

if you only have one 3/8" cooling line from the pump to the manifold, id block off the line going from the head, directly to the pisser.

the reasoning is if you only have one line's worth of water coming into the engine, the water would rather go out the easy pisser then go all through the pipe, tee and then the other pisser.

also, send some compressed air through all of you hoses, tubes, engine and pipe. when youre doing the pipe, plug the other end to ensure theres flow through the water injector in the pipe.

is the injector on the bottom on the pipe?

Like I said, you either need to restrict that pisser line with a Jetworks valve or size the line down to 1/4" or less. You can also change the way your T is facing. You current setup lets the water go more easily towards the stinger then towards the pisser.
