Contact info for hangtime, does anyone know how to get ahold of him?

I'm trying to get ahold of hangtime, does anyone have his contact information?

I purchased a B Pipe from him on August 30th and I have yet to recieve the pipe or any proof of shipment from him. On September 21st he said he would issue a refund by Friday September 25th as he had already spent the money that I sent to him. Friday has come and gone and he's not responding to me through PWCToday or through paypal.
