Super Jet compression on brand new top end rebuilds?

how long does it take for compression numbers to be where they should after a top end rebuild? i just did mine and my brother's 701 superjets. i have 1 hour on my ski and its only at 140psi w ada 35cc domes and his is 150psi after 2 hours of riding with the same head. im thinkin that itll keep coming up? comp tester wasnt bad because my 550 came out with 160psi right before. ive never checked right after a rebuild so its got me a bit worried....oh and they both run really strong

I'd wait at least until 2-4 tanks are through it.

Is your cylinder ported? Did you test them both when motors were at the same temp?

yeah theyre both ported. and they were both cold
