i got it from blowsion and they never mentioned anything else was neccesary.
so am i good to go
also remover tamper caps installed t adjusters.

i also have a ada head 185/ enhancer prop and run 40/1 with 1 layer of oem filter screens

main jet -130 stock but used 135 from factory pipe
pilot 70 stock
high speed 1 1/2
low speed 1/1/4
needle seat 55psi stock
spring stock 95g

dont get me wrong ski runs fine.. could it be better.

i am at ocean level

Check your popoff pressure with a gauge, and determine what spring you have with that.
Some later Superjets appear to have come with 95g springs.
Checking it is the only way to be sure.

Your jetting is a bit lean I think. FPP Setups typically run 72.5 to 75 pilots, 132.5 to 135 mains.
Start rich, work your way down.

the fpp site says to keep all but the 130stock main and replace it with the 135

as for the spring it says to keep stock at 55 psi are they talking about the 115 or the 95

what should my pop off be 22-24

ok so before i pull the carb apart i am assuming i will find the 115g spring not sure if it will be the gold or silver. should i get a pop off tester before going in and ripping the carbs apart.

what should the pop off be?
should i move to a 72.5 jet and keep the 135 jet?
the ski is running good to me. doesnt really one button start without giving it a lil throttle the hi low setting are per fp.

what will happen once i fix the spring- where will i notice the diff. crisper/cleaner??

though my carbs are old, When I tested the popoff it went up to 65 and had not popped, that was with gold springs that were already cut down in half. Not knowing that the stock was 55, I stopped there, Ive been used to hearing numbers like 14-25psi for 44s. figured the 38s would be somewhat around that too.

I ended up talking to LegDrag kevin and he said that running 30psi was good. I ended up having to use .65's to get down to 30 psi on the dot.

Yes you do have 115 springs, all the newer Superjets with the tamper plugs on the mixture screws come with 115 gram springs that ARE a bright silver in color! (TAKE NOTE, MATT E)
I do use 72.5-75 low jets with the stock 115 gr/1.5 ns combo with the factory pipe 135 mains.

I covered all this with you last night when we PM'd back and forth. All the jetting/spring info I gave you came directly from ^^^^the man^^^^ himself. Listen to Supertune.

done!

i went to jetworks today to buy the 95g springs talked to art and he told me to leave the 70 and the 135 and just do the 95g it took me longer to unbolt them than to put the new spring in so now its good to go. if i still have problems then art is wrong and i need 72.5 im just glad im not going to run lean anymore i may need to adjust me h lo knobs a lil per art.

oh an the 115 in mine were gold bronze color art gave me the proper 95 silver shorter springs for a whopping 3$
