Super Jet Changing exhausts, would like some advice!

Hey guys, I have just recently bought a 2010 superjet, and it has all the mods that I want to do to it done. BUT I have a 04 superjet also, and the 04 superjet sounds so much nastier (good) then my 2010 one.
I have been told by a few people that I should change my 04 one to my 2010 because it's more "perfomance based". I only use the 2010, the 04 is for family mates. So I would like to have the best gear for myself, obviously.

The 04 has a "cheater pipe" basically it's a Kawi 650 chamber and head pipe on a factory pipe manifold. The 2010 has a factory b-pipe which is a much better pipe. The difference in sound is probably a aftermarket water box. Just cause it sounds better doesn't mean it performs better.
