Chadmans WDK RIP Budget build thread

My new hull showed up when I was in florida rehabbing a few houses. Just got home today to uncrate it and throw her on a scale. Ive posted up a poll to guess the weight of the hull. Hull is a glass/ carbon blend includes turf, couch mounts, ride plate, pump shoe, hood pins and hood / seal. The winners of the guessed weight will get one night out with Rosie @Roseand

My build will include, ported 701, dual 44s. PFP pipe, skat 144 mag pump, thrust trim, rrp pole. I purchased a donor rn sj hull and gonna tear her down. Hoping to see if i can get her in water before i leave for finals.

Jeff has been great to deal with always answered the phone/text. Only hiccup was on shipping, but that was roadrunners fault, not jeffs. It showed up 9 days from estimate. I would definitely order again from WDK!!!

If you get to be RTR by wednesday I'll be impressed. I've had ~4-5 days of work into my ski, but I've also had to fix some stuff from my donor ski which took time. And I'm about 10 hours of work from RTR. Mine will be 90% done after this weekend

Finally got both skis side by side, started gutting the sj. Mocked up the skat mag pump in rip. Looks like it won't need any shims

Just put her away for the year. She might get shipped to florida so I can beat on her while I'm flipping houses this winter.
