As in the title.... if somebody has maybe a kit like that I will be glad to purchase it. Or maybe some instructions/pics then I will make my own. What do you guys recommend? I know some of you will say it's a waste of money but I already wasted too much on my ski anyways...:dunno:

Regards!

You might be able to use your current setup. But you will have to weld on bungs to the sides of the pump nozzle for the trim ring to mount to. Then you will have to fab up a trim ring. The rest can be completed with a little more fab work and the typical BMX brake lever and a trim cable out of the SE or Skat trim nozzle kits.

I am having a similar problem with my X2. I have a PJS pump nozzle and steer nozzle. Yet my X2 trim ring will not work completely with these two nozzles. I looked at other Kawasaki trim rings but none of them will work either. I am wanting one out of aluminum too. So I am forced to try and make my own aluminum trim ring to mate up both of the nozzles. Anything is possible. But how much $$$ do you really want to spend? For me, I can just go out and buy a new SE or Skat all aluminum trim nozzle then sell my PJS one... But a new SE or Skat are around 500 monies :(

Hi thanks for the reply. I am willing to spend some, but the less the better. Of course, qulaity usually goes together with higher price. So I guess there is no "aftermarket" kit for this pump?? All fabrication?

yip gotta make it yourself.

IMO not really worth it, It would get the nose up but too much work for it not to backflip off flatwater and at least not on a tight budget rather finish building it first

My idea was that once I take the ski to bolts and nuts I will work my way up to make it a complete ski. Have a few months do do it. I will talk to my master mechanic ad see what he suggests (he MAKES his own nozzles, impellers, vane cases, engine blocks, etc. I saw one of his 1000cc 2 stroke boxer engines used in speedboat racing - 200HP! ) NICE :)
