Having trouble with carbs. One carb is jetting a lot more fuel on idle then the other.

I have pulled carbs apart cleaned them and put back together. I have check needle and seat on both and they both are ok.

Motor is entire new build, carbs and reeds are from previous motor.

You can see lots of fuel getting sucked out and its only idling and its kind of spitting the fuel around not even sucking out cleanly
