This a carbon fiber - vinyl ester composite exhaust outlet cover , it was made with high temp resistant viny ester and measures 1 3/4 ID at the outlet , outside diameter of the mounting flange measures out at 4 inches , it was clearcoated with many coats of automotive clearcoat.
