SX/SXi/SXi Pro Carb tuning help, no mid range

So the past 2 times I've had my ski out it struggles through the mid range, seems to bog for a second then if you let off the throttle and come back through sometimes it cleans out and runs up other times it doesnt. It just seems to not be able to get its ass moving sometimes right at the 'almost on plane' speed which makes recovering out of a slide a pain. Once its through the mid, she runs like crazy on the top end and the plugs look how they should.

Any ideas do what could be causing this?

Info on the engine that I know of (bought used and havent looked inside yet): Stock exhaust and carb (ocean pro spark arrestors), ocean pro head

make sure your not trying to suck water into your filters and that the carbs are tight to the manifold (it happens). Also cut back your spark plug wires, this could also cause similar issues.
