Carb topend screw tuning???????

What or how much should I start the top end screw out for a newly bigbore sj freestyle,(thus how many turns out to start tuning with??)everyelse is sorted...

I always start at 2 turns out and tune from there.

If you end up at less than 1 turn out or more than 2 turns out, change your main jets.

all depends on what your engine is, jet size, flame arrestors....need more info to give some valid suggestions...

Engine:
700cc 760cc bore
Boyesen Reeds
Factory Bpipe
Blowsion Head 195 compression
Lightened flywheel stock
Stock cdi
Cylinder Freestyle Porting
Stock Crank
Dual 48mm mkuni carbs with riva flame arrestor and riva manifold...anything else needed to please help me?

It says on the carbs mkuni,but on my invoice it says dual 48s with no manufacturer? I was under the impression mkuni only went up2 36....
 
So in short its dual hsr48 mkuni,what should I start of with the lowend screw and then topend screw...? I just want to do it correct and not blow an motor or damage it in any way.....
