Carb jetting

in need of some hwlp tuning my carb I'm runnning a 61x 701 single carb with Coffman sizzler exhaust, tdr waterbox, lightened flywheel, Blowsion flame arrestor, ada girdled head at sea level. Any input on this is appreciated
