Carb experts please help

I have a 650 superjet with coffmans sizzler pipe. I called coffman and they recommended 125 main 2.0 n/s and 120
low ... the ski will idle all day long when it's off the trailer and in the water. When it's out of water it will have a slight hiccup when you grab the thottl then it will hit the Rev limiter. When it's in the water it will idle strong but die as soon as you grab the throttle. I fattened the needles up and it ran to about 3/4 trottle but will still die at wide open. Any help is much appreciated. Has anyone had the 650 sj with the coffman pipe. If so are my jets wrong? Where should I be at?
