Irritating that I cant post previously uploaded pics because my phone wont drag and drop on the manage attachments screen. Is there some other option that I just havent figured out?

Tap and hold... Copy image, then paste? Idk about android but that's how I do it on my iPhone.

Attach picture and select from gallery.
As for copying pictures hold down and click save image
It doesn't look like chrome mobile (in desktop view) play nice with attaching multiple pics at a time you have to upload one by one
I'm not sure if that is what you're asking
