so i know this forum is all about standups and so am i but pwctoday is useless....

anyways, my father has a 97 xp with the 787 in it. we just installed a factory pipe spec 1 on it but we are unsure on how the water lines go. i have checked the factory pipe webpage but their diagram is very confusing. in their diagram it shows a couple lines going to the stinger... but our pipe has no stinger fitting. all so in their diagram a couple lines go nowhere and cross at pints where im unsure if there is a T or not.

so here is a pic i took and i circled the fittings in question. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

The seadoo sub forum on pwctoday is pretty good. Bill 'O knows his stuff and answers generously.

Purple should be the pisser, green the "RAVE" valve water line from the water box, like on the stock pipe, yellow you electronic water control, red your cooling line from the stock pipe.
sea-doo.net is probably the best place for SeaDoo help...

OK, since I was on the Seadoo race team I can help... ('97)
Purple is the stock small pisser out the back (cooling bleed and indicator)
Yellow is the water injection IN from a electronic solenoid from a ECWI system
Green is the water injection either fixed (hard jetted) or connected from the stock waterbox regulator.
Red is the water IN headpipe feed, line comes from the left front top of head. 1/2 cooling line.

The rear left fitting on head is cold water feed from the pump, and the right rear fitting is the hot water OUT to back of hull to exhaust exit elbow. All 1/2 size.
Seadoo 785cc engines use a cold water crossover passage in the top shell of the head to cool the combustion chambers only. This is the reason why the cold IN is at the back left of head and out at the front left of head to go to the pipe feed IN to cool the exhaust and the engine.

thanks big time everyone. i knew yall would come threw. but unfortunately for me i purchased the pipe without doing much research and didn't know it came with water injection. all tho it did come with a rev limiter. do you have any recommendation on how i could possibly get this thing going without the water injection?

yes, i have taken in consideration that the carbs will need a rejet.
