Other Burn Industries Nitro vest

I'm looking to upgrade my life vest, currently I have a jet pilot side entry and it rides up quite a bit. Does the nitro do that at all? Also what type of material is it made of? The jet pilot one also chafes my nipps more than I care for. Haha so any input would be awesome!

I have gone from a jet pilot side entry to a burn ind. nitro.. Sweet vest and way better, haven't rode in it without a suit so I cannot comment on nipple chafe

The chafe isn't hat big of a deal as I usually ride with a lycrica shirt under it anyways.
