Buildup of a race ski.

Ok just got done building a race ski and took some pics along the way. Built it for the well known racer Mike Follmer.

Some pics of the parts before paint and assembly.

Hope this isn't made out of PVC.

Next was the paint booth and trailer assembly.

next I had to connect the top deck with the hull. Exhaust was made of pvc and fused together with contact cement, but I think it will be ok. :cool2:

I got styrofoam packed in there instead of 2 part foam. Seems to be holding up, I'll have to take a pic of the tow vehicle though
